Pharmaceutical devices
Delivered product design from concept ideation to manufacture.
Ensured mechanism, electronic functionality, tolerance stack-up (GD&T), reliability and cost efficiency.

Plastic dispensing pump
Delivered 2cc and 4cc plastic dispensing pump designs for the first 10k proto mold development.
Ensured multiple parts, tolerance stack up, fitments and functionality for accurate soap dosing.
Developed multiple plastic molds, supplier management and trials, lab testing and functionality.
Worked under stipulated time to get in-house samples.
Developed a pump and supplied it to the customer, handled the full NPD project.

Sensor plastic housing
Delivered innovative product design of sensor plastic housing.
The active sensing face is in thin stainless steel and designed for insert injection molding.
Packaging design is to protect the electronics at an IP67 level by designing joints by ultrasonic welding, insert molding and snap fitting with gasket provision.
Developed BOM, manufacturability and DFMEA.

Automotive components
Delivered product design for manufacturing automotive filtration.
Ensured fitment, product life and engineering calculation, reliability, rigidity and vehicle downsizing to achieve good engine performance by using a plastic air filter.
Developed functional prototyping, injection and PU molded components.
Worked effectively by using plastic flow analysis, CFD, CAE, R&D testing lab, manufacturing department etc.

Caps and bottles
Delivered multiple concept designs for FMCG and food bottles and cap with temper evident in CAD.
Ensured processability of single-stage and two-stage blow molding processes with effective weight and capacity calculation.
Developed 3D prints, injection molded closures and blow-molded bottles at supplier engagement to overcome timeline and minimal quote.
Delivered out-of-box new ideas that can be implemented from prototype to development.
